How Word Search Battle works
Word Search Battle is a word search you play against another person in real time. You both get the same grid and the same word list, and each word goes to whoever finds it first. Create a game, send the code to a friend, and the round starts when they join. No one to play with? Start a solo game and race the clock instead.
Pick one of more than 140 topics, from animals and science to holidays, and a level: easy is a 10 × 10 grid with up to 5 words, medium the same grid with up to 15, and hard a 15 × 15 grid with up to 23. The timer gives you a minute per word.
It runs in the browser on a phone, tablet, Chromebook or computer. There is nothing to install, no sign-up, and it is free. Every topic also comes as a printable sheet.
